Browns Pro-Bowl corner Ward out against Broncos

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns will be without Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward on Sunday against the Denver Broncos.

Ward suffered a shoulder injury in last week’s win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was unable to practice all week.

Without Ward, nickelback Greg Newsome II and backup Mike Ford Jr. could play bigger roles.

Ward has two interceptions this season.
